RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy – Haze Haus Beauty Co
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, installed, worn, brushed, combed, cut, colored, or altered products.
Eligible exchanges may only be accepted if:
- The product remains unopened
- Security ties/bands are intact
- The item is unused and in original packaging
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Haze Haus Beauty Co.

- Photos of the item
- Reason for exchange request

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on:
- Hair bundles
- Wigs
- Lashes
- Beauty products
- Sale items
- Custom orders
Refunds will only be considered if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your order is missing products

- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- A description of the problem
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
